Dabble Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using Dabble (the “App”), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use by minors

Dabble is designed for children aged 2–4. As the parent or legal guardian, by allowing your child to use this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the App.

2. Privacy and data

Your privacy is our priority. Dabble does not collect any personal information, tracking data, or drawing content from its users. All creative work stays locally on your device. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual property

The App itself, including the code, design, and original assets, is the property of Kyle Wolf Design. However, any artwork created by a user within the App belongs entirely to that user. We do not claim any ownership over your child’s drawings.

4. Safety and parental controls

Dabble includes a parent gate (the two-second hold on the canvas menu, and an arithmetic question before sharing, purchasing, or opening external links) to help prevent children from accidentally navigating away from the App or accessing device settings. While we strive to provide a secure environment, we are not responsible for any actions taken on the device if a child manages to bypass these controls.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Dabble Pro is an optional purchase sold through Apple’s App Store as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to purchases made through the App Store.

6. No warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for a bug-free experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be functional or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data (such as drawings) if the App is deleted or the device is damaged.

7. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to update or modify Dabble at any time to improve the user experience or add new features. These terms will apply to all future updates.
